RRI’s community-center project is an early, long-term vision for gathering space, youth activity, rural education, public access, and practical support when the community needs it most.
Status: early planning. A final site, schedule, scope, budget, fundraising goal, and construction commitment have not yet been published. The ideas below describe a working vision, not a completed plan or promise.
The working vision
More than a building.
Bush needs places where neighbors can meet, children can take part, residents can get help using public resources, and the community can be better prepared during disruptive weather or outages.
The project is meant to express the second half of RRI’s promise: protecting rural character matters, and so does building the shared capacity that helps a rural community thrive.

Emergency-use boundary: No facility should be described as a shelter, cooling center, distribution site, or emergency service unless the responsible authorities have approved and activated that use.
